Terms and Conditions
Last updated September 27, 2026
By using this website or requesting our services you agree to these terms. Please read them. They are short.
Estimates
Estimates are free and carry no obligation. A written estimate is valid for 30 days from the date issued and reflects the conditions observed at the site visit. If conditions differ once work begins (for example, an unexpected second slab or a buried obstruction), we will stop, explain the change, and get your approval before continuing.
Scheduling and access
You agree to provide safe access to the areas where work or testing will take place and to follow the closed-house conditions we explain for the duration of a test. If a test is interrupted or the monitor is moved or unplugged, the test may need to be repeated and a repeat fee may apply.
Payment
Inspection and testing fees are due when the report is delivered. Remediation work is invoiced on completion unless the written estimate says otherwise. We accept cash, check, and major cards. Balances unpaid after 30 days may accrue interest at the rate allowed by Pennsylvania law.
Warranty
Remediation work is warranted against defects in workmanship for the period stated on your written estimate. The warranty does not cover new mold growth caused by moisture problems that are not corrected after the work, such as leaks, flooding, high indoor humidity or changes to the home's drainage or ventilation. Keeping the area dry after remediation is your responsibility.
Results and performance
Lab results from air and surface samples describe conditions at the time and place the samples were taken. They are not a guarantee of conditions at other times or in other parts of the home.
Cancellation
You may cancel or reschedule a test or installation at no charge with at least 24 hours' notice. Same-day cancellations of installations may be charged a trip fee stated on your estimate.
